- Order date (if applicable)
- date of determination
Vehicle data:
- Damaged article / component
- error codes (if visible)
- mileage of the vehicle
- vehicle type (Light Bee L1e etc.)
- chassis number
- description of the problem
- Serial number of controller or motor, if affected
- Pictures / videos showing the problem.
