Note regarding the Battery Act

You are required by law to dispose of used batteries at a municipal collection point (disposal in household waste is expressly prohibited under the Battery Act!). Alternatively, you can return the used battery free of charge to a local retailer.

Below the trash can symbol is the chemical symbol of the pollutant – in the example on the left, “Cd” stands for cadmium. “Pb” stands for lead, and “Hg” for mercury.

Some ELMOX products not related to textiles include batteries that can be used, for example, to operate loudspeakers, electric unicycles or motors.

Batteries or rechargeable batteries may also be permanently installed in the products themselves. In connection with the distribution of these batteries or rechargeable batteries, ELMOX, as a retailer, is obligated under the German Battery Act (BattG) to inform you, our customers, of the following:

Batteries received from ELMOX can be returned free of charge to ELMOX at the address below after use, or sent back by mail with sufficient postage. Unfortunately, ELMOX cannot accept returns of products with permanently installed batteries.
