Standard shipping

We usually ship with DHL as a package or consignment. All shipments are trackable with a tracking number and insured up to EUR 500.00. We always ship tires with DPD.

We charge a flat rate of 4.99 euros for parcel shipping or goods shipment, processing and packaging within Germany. For European shipments 24.90 euros.

We do not charge any shipping costs within Germany for orders over 100.00 euros. (Except e-cross bikes & tires)

The corresponding shipping costs are displayed in the checkout.

Premium delivery for SUR-RON bikes

We would be happy to deliver our SUR-RON e-bikes to you personally.
You benefit from a fully assembled e-cross bike that has been carefully tested and is ready to ride straight away.

We can carry out any desired modifications directly for you upon request. Contact us!

Personal delivery always takes place after planning a full tour.
Personal delivery of a SUR-RON Light Bee costs EUR 249.00.
Personal delivery of the SUR-RON Ultra Bee costs EUR 295.00.
Personal delivery of the SUR-RON Storm Bee costs EUR 295.00.

Shipping in a box

As an alternative to personal delivery, you will receive your SUR-RON Light Bee delivered in a box by our shipping company.
You do the assembly yourself. You will continue to benefit from our first-class service, even if you have any questions about the assembly.

Desired performance and/or tuning parts can be ordered directly and we will include them in your shipping shipment.

The shipping company's delivery time is 2 -4 working days after receipt of order & payment.
The cost of delivery by freight forwarder in the box of a SUR-RON Light Bee is EUR 99.00 within Germany.
The cost for delivery of a SUR-RON Ultra Bee by freight forwarder is EUR 149.00.
The cost for delivery of a SUR-RON Storm Bee by freight forwarder is EUR 169.00.

Delivery to European countries by forwarding agency also takes place after receipt of the order and payment.
The costs for a SUR-RON Light Bee are EUR 169.00, for a SUR-RON Ultra Bee EUR 249.00,
for the SUR-RON Storm Bee 269.00 EUR.

Note when shipping the ELMOX Edition:

If you order an edition from us that does not contain the standard tires (CST cross tires) and choose shipping, you will receive the tires in a box alongside the add-on parts. You have to move these yourself.

The effort involved in completely unpacking the bike, changing the tires and then packing the bike back up would be significantly higher and would not be covered by the shipping costs of EUR 99.00. Your advantage: You have another pair of tires with you for free!

collection

Pick up your order at our ELMOX store in 29364 Langlingen.

A prior appointment is necessary for this. If you have chosen collection, we will contact you.

Collection in a box for self-assembly is free of charge. Even with special editions, self-assembly must be carried out independently - including changing tires.

Alternatively, E-ELMOX can take care of the assembly so that you can pick up your vehicle completely assembled and ready to drive. We charge EUR 99.00 for this.

Payment options

Payment via PayPal
Pay for your order simply and easily via the popular payment provider PayPal. There are no fees for this payment method.

Payment in advance / bank transfer

After the ordering process, you will see our bank details. Please pay the total amount to our bank account within 10 days of ordering. The goods will only be sent to you after receipt of payment.

Cash on pickup

If you would like to pick up your goods at our location in Langlingen, you can also pay for your order directly in cash. Please bring the amount as appropriate as possible.

For e-cross bikes: payment via financing

For our e-cross bikes we offer payment via financing via Targobank. The expected installments are already stated on the product page and depend on the number of installments, the financing amount (shipping, other parts, etc.) and your creditworthiness. After completing the purchase, we will send you a link where you can complete your financing.
