The FERRO USD 36 fork uses innovative HS3 technology, a hybrid air suspension system. The new DU bushing material in the FERRO USD 36 fork is tuned to precise tolerances for each fork assembly to perform optimally with the special EXT oil. This ensures zero static friction and extremely low dynamic friction properties, even under high side loads. The special DU guide system with a super long bushing overlap (CGB, Continuously Guided Bushing System) offers maximum guidance and first-class torsional rigidity. Perfect alignment and outstanding glide are ensured by the double hex head wheel axle, supported by the double crown made of 7075 aluminum for maximum torsional rigidity.
